The Cantonese Cuisine puts the use of meatdishes central. Garlic & a minimum use of oil & herbs is what shows the quality of this cuisine. The Sichuan cuisine is known because of the intense flavors. Garlic, Sichuan peppers & chili peppers are main ingredients.
