Sea Palace is a landmark in Amsterdam. The Chinese architecture floating on the Oosterdokskade in the Centre of Amsterdam has attracted many visitors. In China there are many different cultures, thanks do all these cultures the Cuisine has a big variety. One thing all these cultures have in common is the presentation and the balance in favors. Sea Palace has a specialized itself in the Cantonese Cuisine, Beijing duck & the Sichuan cuisine.<\/p>\n

The Cantonese Cuisine puts the use of meatdishes central. Garlic & a minimum use of oil & herbs is what shows the quality of this cuisine. The Sichuan cuisine is known because of the intense flavors.
